With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Steve Baird serves as the overall Team Leader of The Baird Team. His experience extends across residential sales, commercial real estate, investment properties, business transactions and property management. Having worked through nearly every side of the industry, Steve understands how to evaluate opportunities from both a real estate and business perspective.

Today, Steve primarily focuses on commercial and investment real estate, helping clients analyze properties, navigate complex transactions and make decisions that support their long-term goals. He also leads The Baird Team’s Property Management Division, where his practical experience as an owner and manager helps clients protect their properties, improve performance and confidently grow their portfolios.

Steve helped build The Baird Team around a straightforward principle: real estate should be about relationships, not simply transactions. Whether he is advising an experienced investor, assisting a business owner or helping a client with their first investment property, he values honest guidance, long-term trust and being a dependable resource well beyond the closing table.
