Steven Baird Jr.

Steven Baird Jr. serves as The Baird Team’s Residential Team Lead and Marketing Director. As a licensed real estate agent, property manager and real estate investor with a degree in marketing, he combines formal marketing knowledge with practical, hands-on experience across residential sales, investment properties, construction and property management.

Steven believes effective real estate marketing should never be one-size-fits-all. He develops a customized strategy around each client, property and objective—whether that means positioning a home to attract the strongest possible buyer, identifying the right audience for a unique property, or helping an investor evaluate and market an income-producing asset.

His perspective extends well beyond the traditional responsibilities of a real estate agent. Steven founded and operates Baird Development LLC, through which he has flipped and renovated homes, completed value-adding improvements and helped clients make informed decisions about repairs, renovation potential and property condition. As an active investor himself, he understands acquisitions, renovation planning, rental operations, property management and the importance of evaluating both immediate costs and long-term value.

Steven works with first-time buyers, homeowners, sellers and experienced investors alike. His goal is to provide each client with a clear strategy, honest guidance and access to the full resources of The Baird Team.
